McGreevey Seeks Increase In Green Acres Lands

"It's a violation of one of your most basic rights as a citizen, which is to own land," said Anthony Ceccon, chairman emeritus of the North Jersey Builders Association, who said government should be allowed only to condemn land needed for roads or public safety purposes.
