Credit Public Service Union Wells said Tuesday that this agreement is for buildings for which historic tax credits will be sought, and the American Littoral Society, a group that also will be rehabilitating a building at Ft. Hancock, has not yet decided if it will seek tax credits, so the exact number of buildings was not yet known.

Christian Counseling Credit Wassel has estimated that the cost of the renovations of the buildings will be $75 million and said he expects to receive $10 million in historic credits, which he would sell to firms, such as Philip Morris, Pitney Bowles, and ChevronTexaco, or to those who are investors in the project, for 85 to 87 cents on the dollar.

Credit Federal Service Union Wells said in April that Sandy Hook Partners anticipates having the funding in place for the controversial project this month.

Credit Monitoring Service Those who favor the plan, including some local officials, say that it is the only way that the buildings at the fort will be saved since the park service can not pay to rehabilitate them.
