to move ahead with imposing daily fines against American
software giant, Microsoft
Corporation, over its flagrant abuse of a 2004 ruling that
required the company to give access to its code by EU

Microsoft hadn't complied with the ruling and then, how much of a
fine should be imposed. Meanwhile, Microsoft says it is working
hard to fix the information so rivals would know how to develop
programs compatible with the American software company's Windows
operating system.
