She admitted that she did not know her company's policy, but referred me to Citi's "Credit Bureau Dispute Unit, " P.O. Box 6241, Sioux Falls, S.D., 57117. She said that I needed to include the credit report with a dispute letter that identified the account number in question. She said the dispute unit did not take phone calls.
