Card Credit Processing Service Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty was quick to point out there's a second hit to his province: the high dollar fuelled by growth in Alberta's booming oil industry has the central bank looking to raise rates, which would cool Alberta's growth but at the same time further challenge Ontario.
