Court Lets Tiger Lady's Eighth Lawyer Drop Her Case

Credit Pacific Service Union New Jersey's embattled Tiger Lady lost another lawyer yesterday, further complicating her attempts to appeal court orders that could send her 24 Bengal tigers to a Texas animal haven as early as this summer.

This could result in a court judgement being granted against you, and your property being sold to pay your debts, or your instalment payments being deducted directly from your pay. If this happens you may find it difficult to obtain further credit from other credit providers such as cell phone providers, clothing and furniture shops.

  • If African Bank has issued you with a credit card facility and you default on your card payments the Bank may suspend your credit card.

Yang, U.S. Attorney for Central Dist. of California, www.usdoj. 020.html The FTC brought a civil case against Murkey in 1998 for misleading consumers in connection with credit repair. In November 1999, a federal court in Los Angeles found that Murkey systematically violated the credit repair law and banned him from the business. The 2004 indictment charged that immediately following the court's order, Murkey continued to offer credit repair services through businesses such as "Credit Restoration Corporation of America, Inc." In 2001, the L.A. court held Murkey in civil contempt, but he again returned to credit repair, the indictment charged.

Why carry Credit Cards when you can use Obopay Credit cards allow people to purchase items immediately, and pay for them later. Instead of having money removed directly from a bank account, as is the case with debit cards, a credit card purchase is paid for by the credit card issuer and the credit card holder pays back the issuer in full at the end of the month, or with interest added minimal monthly payments. Also, responsible use of credit cards helps in building a good credit history, which aids in attaining loans, insurance, and other important services from financial institutions.

Credit Public Service Union "We find ourselves in the same position as I believe we have found ourselves on seven different occasions," Serpentelli said, noting how similar disputes prompted other lawyers to withdraw from Byron-Marasek's case over the past several years.

However, she faxed a lengthy letter to the court opposing Gelber's dismissal while simultaneously accusing him of failing to properly represent her.
