Card Consolidation Credit Rizzo said those numbers include overtime hours that guards are forced to work.

Consumer Credit Service Sindoni said the labor dispute has not affected the plant's security and pointed to the fact that local and state police, as well as the New Jersey National Guard, are helping security guards protect the plant.
