I need a mentor to fill in the blanks of knowledge and experience. I need a patient listener to bounce ideas off or complain to. I need a team to help with the brainstorming when the ides of card credit service well runs dry.

The new incomer can kiss all those luxuries good-bye. Ironically, I am nervous about trying my hand at them.

Customer serviced. What does customer service mean to you? Do you still think most companies operate with the idea that "the customer is always right"? I don't think that's true anymore, but yes, I AM a pessimist.
